The IT Gov dashboard has been implemented for the E2E Systems Performance function within the Planning, Architectures & Quality department. The dashboard's purpose is to monitor indicators and specific KPIs to enable accurate analysis of each relevant dimension, while ensuring the accurate monitoring of processes and digital solutions from an end-to-end perspective.

Description of activities
Understanding of business processes in the E2E System Performance area, and mapping of all existing KPIs from a data governance perspective to define data ownership. Development of ETL data from Oracle databases, as well as development of a dashboard using Qlik Sense technology.
